Conviva is the leading provider of Operational Data Platforms, empowering businesses to understand and optimize digital customer experiences. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a critical role in expanding our presence in key territories and converting prospects into Conviva sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute cold calling and email campaign strategies to qualify potential customers as a match for Conviva's Operational Data Platform.
  • Develop Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), qualify outbound opportunities, and develop a strong demo and in-person meetings pipeline for Sales Directors via phone and email.
  • Work with Marketing to generate a high volume of relevant Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
  • Articulate Conviva's value proposition via demos, presentations, emails, and phone calls.
  • Meet weekly and monthly qualified opportunity goals to ensure company revenue objectives are met.
  • Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of Conviva technology, industry trends, and competition.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in a BDR/SDR role (outbound lead generation) in a fast-paced environment, ideally in a startup software environment.
  • Ability to uncover and match prospects' pain points to Conviva's offerings.
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic, and growth mindset and a drive for achievement.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Good knowledge/experience in Search Engine Marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Passion for technology.
  • Business Degree preferred.
What We Offer:

Conviva offers a competitive salary range of $110,000 - $120,000 + equity + benefits. Compensation is determined by numerous factors such as your qualifications, experience, relevant education or training, and work location.
