Advertising Account Manager

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with local clients and agencies to drive advertising revenue growth. This role requires a strong understanding of market trends and the ability to analyze data to inform sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze market research and develop advertising proposals to support client activities and products.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to generate local ad sales revenue.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client requirements are met, including scheduling advertising and managing collections.
- Maintain accurate customer and prospect records and contribute to sales forecasting.
- Prepare and submit required documentation and reporting for contract processing, advertising schedules, sales calls, and expense reports.
- Identify new business opportunities through continuous prospecting and adherence to company sales strategies.
- Analyze confidential information and prepare reports, manuals, agendas, and general correspondence.
- Exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Understand and adhere to company operating principles.
- Provide exceptional customer service and prioritize customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
