Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Coordinator to join our team at AppleOne. As a Contract Coordinator, you will provide critical support to the Contract and Closing Manager, ensuring the smooth execution of real estate sales transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and audit documents and docusigns to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Maintain and file all documents related to real estate sales
  • Provide administrative support to the Contract and Closing Manager
  • Assist with data entry and document management
  • Collaborate with the Closing department to ensure seamless transaction execution
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent administrative skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
