Position Title:
Administrative Coordinator

Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time, On-Site

Compensation:
$45,000-$50,000/year

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders through various communication channels
  • Retrieve samples and products from inventory
  • Verify accuracy of data in orders and invoices
  • Engage with clients to gather missing information or resolve inquiries
  • Coordinate with the Logistics department to guarantee timely shipments
  • Maintain and refresh sales and customer databases
  • Prepare monthly sales performance reports
  • Relay significant customer feedback to internal teams
  • Ensure sales objectives are achieved and report any discrepancies
  • Stay informed about new products and features
