Job Title: Administrative Coordinator

Job Type: Permanent, Full-time, On-Site

Salary: $45,000-$50,000/year

Job Responsibilities:

  • Process orders and manage inventory levels to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Verify data accuracy in orders and invoices to prevent errors.
  • Communicate with clients to obtain missing information and resolve queries.
  • Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and present monthly sales reports to stakeholders.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams and ensure sales targets are met.
  • Stay up-to-date with new products and features to drive business growth.
