Position Title:
Administrative Coordinator

Compensation:
$45,000-$50,000/year

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Process orders received through various communication channels.
  2. Retrieve samples and products from inventory.
  3. Verify the accuracy of data in orders and invoices.
  4. Engage with clients to gather missing information or address inquiries.
  5. Coordinate with the Logistics department to guarantee timely deliveries.
  6. Maintain and update records related to sales and customers.
  7. Prepare monthly sales reports.
  8. Relay significant customer feedback to internal teams.
  9. Ensure sales objectives are achieved and report any discrepancies.
  10. Stay informed about new products and features.
