Job Overview

Position Summary: We are looking for a skilled and motivated Senior Behavior Analyst to lead and enhance clinical operations within our expanding organization. This position entails supervising a group of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), crafting and executing personalized treatment strategies, and working closely with families, healthcare providers, and other specialists. The ideal candidate will exhibit exceptional leadership capabilities, a comprehensive understanding of ABA methodologies, and a commitment to achieving clinical excellence.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Clinical Oversight & Supervision:
    • Manage and provide oversight to a team of RBTs, ensuring the effective implementation of treatment strategies and compliance with ethical standards.
    • Conduct regular performance assessments, mentor RBTs, and offer continuous training and professional development opportunities.
  • Client Engagement & Treatment Development:
    • Perform thorough evaluations and create tailored ABA treatment plans to meet each client's unique requirements.
    • Track and assess client progress, making data-informed modifications to treatment plans to ensure the best possible outcomes.
    • Deliver direct services as necessary, maintaining the highest standards of care for clients.
  • Collaboration & Communication:
    • Act as the main liaison for families, ensuring transparent and effective communication throughout the treatment journey.
    • Work in partnership with healthcare providers, educators, and other professionals to promote a comprehensive approach to client care.
    • Engage in and contribute to IEP meetings, case discussions, and other relevant forums to advocate for clients' needs.
  • Clinical Management & Compliance:
    • Ensure that all clinical services adhere to organizational policies, ethical guidelines, and regulatory standards.
    • Develop and implement clinical protocols and procedures to improve service quality and operational effectiveness.
    • Stay updated on the latest ABA research and best practices, incorporating new insights into the organization's clinical framework.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.
  • A minimum of [5] years of experience delivering ABA services, with at least [2] years in a leadership role.
  • Demonstrated experience in recruiting, training, and supervising RBTs or similar positions.
  • Strong knowledge of ABA principles and techniques, with the ability to create and implement effective treatment plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to collaborate effectively with families, healthcare providers, and other professionals.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
