_*Key Responsibilities*_

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic LBA to become part of our vibrant team. You will play a crucial role in expanding Lacuna in Colorado, establishing best practices, fostering team culture, and striving for exceptional services.

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Overseeing and guiding Registered Behavior Technicians and clinical initiatives
  • Performing Functional Behavior Assessments (Initial Assessments)
  • Creating and executing parent training and support initiatives
  • Providing compassionate training, support, and mentorship to RBTs
  • Developing, managing, and supervising progress reports and treatment strategies
  • Collaborating with coding, billing, and insurance teams to fulfill payer requirements
_*Qualifications Required*_

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related discipline
  • Valid LBA Certification
  • Appropriate licensure to practice in the state of employment
  • Strong leadership capabilities
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional services

$70,000 - $85,000.00 annually
