_*Key Responsibilities*_

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic CBA to become part of our vibrant team. You will play a crucial role in expanding Lacuna's reach in Colorado, establishing best practices, nurturing team dynamics, and striving for exceptional service delivery.

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Overseeing and guiding Registered Behavior Technicians and clinical initiatives
  • Performing Functional Behavior Assessments (Initial Evaluations)
  • Designing and executing parent training and support initiatives
  • Providing empathetic training, guidance, and mentorship to RBTs
  • Developing, managing, and reviewing progress reports and treatment strategies
  • Collaborating with coding, billing, and insurance departments to fulfill payer requirements

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related discipline
  • Valid CBA Certification
  • Appropriate licensure to practice in the state of employment
  • Strong leadership capabilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Compensation:
$70,000 - $85,000 annually
