As a Senior RBT Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and mentoring a team of Registered Behavior Technicians, ensuring the highest quality of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for our pediatric clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Lead and supervise a team of RBTs, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality care and exceptional client outcomes.
  • Client Care: Implement behavior intervention plans, data collection, and analysis to track client progress and adjust intervention strategies as needed.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with families to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, ensuring effective communication and coordination of care.
  • Mentorship and Training: Mentor and train junior RBTs to ensure they have the skills and knowledge necessary to provide high-quality care.
Requirements
  • Certification: RBT Certification
  • Experience: Demonstrated experience in supervising and leading RBT teams
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members
  • Flexibility: Flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing schedules and environments
  • Credentials: Pass background checks to work with vulnerable populations and have a valid and clean driver's license
  • ABA Skills: Ability to pass ABA Skills Assessment and consistently demonstrate ABA skills in a therapeutic setting
