About the Role

As a Behavioral Therapist, you will play a vital role in our team, working closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide high-quality ABA therapy services to pediatric clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing individualized behavior intervention plans to promote skill acquisition and behavior reduction
  • Providing one-to-one care and support to clients and their families
  • Engaging clients in naturalistic and play-based therapies to promote learning and development
  • Collaborating with the client team to develop and implement effective treatment plans
  • Collecting data on client progress and contributing to the development of new treatment strategies
Key Qualifications
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Valid driver's license and current/active insurance
  • Reliable transportation
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Current/active CPR certification or ability to obtain before start date
  • Current/active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or completion of 40-hour required modules
