Mission Partner Liaison

We are seeking a highly skilled Mission Partner Advocate to join our team at Peraton. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in fostering collaboration and integration across various stakeholders, including JS Directorates, COCOMs, and interagency partners. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving efficiencies and information advantage in a flexible and scalable manner.
Key Responsibilities
As a Mission Partner Advocate, you will be responsible for coordinating and collaborating with key leaders and stakeholders to achieve common understanding and resolution of controversial issues. You will also minimize operational conflicts and duplication to best achieve National/DoD strategies related to core mission needs. Additionally, you will facilitate and/or attend meetings, forums, working group sessions, and conferences to drive collaboration and information exchange.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong background in developing engagement strategies, enhancing the quality of and collection of insights from engagement, and facilitating proactive problem identification and mitigation across engagements. You will also need to have experience planning, developing, and independently executing collaborative liaison and advocacy activities to identify, establish, align, and improve relationships with strategic mission partners, other DoD organizations/federal agencies, NATO Allies, and non-NATO partners. Furthermore, you will need to have experience facilitating information exchange on requirements, capabilities, and deficiencies, as well as emerging technologies and cyber threats.
Preferred Qualifications
A Master's Degree or PhD from an accredited college or university is preferred. Additionally, a strong understanding of the National/DoD strategies and core mission needs is essential for success in this role.

Target Salary Range
$112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
