Role Overview:
We are on the lookout for a driven and results-oriented Cruise Line Partner Engagement Manager to oversee a portfolio of cruise line partners. This pivotal role will focus on expanding our existing customer relationships and driving growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Results-Oriented: Collaborate with partners to set and exceed annual and three-year financial objectives.
- Partner Liaison: Lead regular status meetings to discuss key milestones, ongoing projects, and new business opportunities.
- Facilitation: Conduct in-person quarterly business reviews with major partners.
- Insightful Analysis: Utilize analytical skills to derive insights that enhance programs and create new solutions.
- Performance Evaluation: Analyze revenue data to understand key performance drivers.
- Relationship Management: Maintain and expand existing relationships within your partner portfolio.
- Trusted Advisor: Understand partners' business priorities and work with the Regional Director to manage new product opportunities.
- Effective Communication: Serve as the main contact for partners, providing insights and operational oversight.
- Product Knowledge: Familiarize yourself with Plusgrade solutions to help partners achieve their goals.
- Team Collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure successful execution of partner plans.
- Influence: Promote best practices and marketing strategies to drive growth.
Qualifications:
Experience in client management, preferably within the cruise or travel sector. Proven track record in cross-selling and upselling. Self-motivated with strong organizational skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Passionate about client service with a keen attention to detail. Proficient in MS Office Suite and Google Suite. Willingness to travel as needed.
