Aqualung Group is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Account Manager/Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support to our partners and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and accurate processing of sales orders and client requests
  • Field incoming emails and phone calls regarding sales, order entry, and order maintenance
  • Maintain various Excel reports for client order and compliance management
  • Strive to achieve sales goals, on-time delivery goals, and organizational objectives
  • Process traditional after-sales requests while ensuring a positive client experience
  • Continuously expand knowledge across all business lines on product training, product specific uses, and supplier circumstances
  • Responsible for backorders, credit holds, communicating inventory discrepancies, chargebacks, and open order management reports
  • Promote new technologies offered by the Aqua Lung website and educate clients on its benefits and available tools
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in client services/inside sales
  • Intermediate proficiency of Microsoft
  • Knowledge of ERP system, a plus
  • College degree preferred
  • Experience with Sales Force, a plus
