Position Overview
This role serves as a pivotal business partner within the Global Field Enablement organization, focusing on the Product Education team in the Global Customer Success sector.

Role Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Designing and implementing a comprehensive Enablement strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Managing the execution of the Product Education enablement plan, including the development of quarterly calendars and agendas.
  • Analyzing key metrics to identify gaps and determine the most impactful Enablement programs.
  • Building credibility with Customer Success leaders through a deep understanding of the business.
  • Engaging cross-functional stakeholders to create and deliver a cohesive Enablement plan.
  • Architecting learning experiences that enhance skills and foster strong customer and partner engagements.

Required Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A proven track record in designing enablement strategies and executing learning solutions.
  • Experience in a Post-Sales Enablement role, particularly within Customer Success.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills at an executive level.
  • Analytical abilities to derive insights from data and measure the effectiveness of enablement initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications
Understanding of the Customer Success landscape in a SaaS environment is advantageous. A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
