Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

As a CLIENT NAVIGATOR LEVEL 1, you will play a vital role at hospital entry points by ensuring compliance with health protocols. Your responsibilities will include assisting patients, visitors, and staff in maintaining safety measures, such as wearing surgical masks, and guiding individuals to customer service for assistance. You will also be responsible for arranging transportation for patients requiring wheelchairs.

Core Duties

• Adhere to CDC guidelines for social distancing.

• Utilize disinfectant materials to sanitize work areas and frequently touched surfaces.

• Ensure compliance with personal protective equipment (PPE) protocols while interacting with the public and hospital staff during the screening process.

• Enforce occupancy limits and health guidelines, including mandatory face mask usage for all individuals entering the facility.

• Report any issues or incidents to supervisory personnel.

• Provide courteous and professional assistance to patients, visitors, and staff.

• Support staff in completing the Passage Point Process as needed.

• Communicate any non-compliance with screening procedures to appropriate personnel.

Qualifications

Assignment Level I
1. High School diploma or GED; and
2. One (1) year of full-time experience in customer service; and
3. Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English; and
4. Familiarity with computer applications, including word processing and spreadsheet software.

Assignment Level II
1. High School diploma or GED; and
2. Two (2) years of full-time customer service experience, including one (1) year in a supervisory or administrative role; and
3. Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English; and
4. Familiarity with computer applications, including word processing and spreadsheet software.
