Customer Service Representative

Western Pest Services is a leading provider of pest control solutions, protecting homes and businesses in our area. We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in our New York City office.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate schedules and resolve customer issues and concerns
  • Respond to service and sales inquiries and communicate with field operations
  • Provide exceptional customer service and a quality experience to internal and external clients
  • Prioritize, plan, and complete daily tasks, special projects, and assignments
  • Manage administrative requests and tasks, and provide proactive customer follow-up
  • Deliver accurate service and sales information and maintain accurate records using customer service software applications
  • Partner with management to manage expectations and meet deadlines
Requirements:
  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Excellent phone etiquette and friendly, professional demeanor
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Knowledge of MS Office environment with Word, Excel, and Outlook proficiency
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment
