Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:
Signature Aviation is a market leading global aviation services provider with over 220 locations and 6,000 employees worldwide. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our fixed base operations (FBOs) by providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will be the face of Signature, interacting with visitors and coworkers in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a warm welcome to Signature and ensure a seamless experience for our clients.
  • Collaborate with the FBO team to provide efficient and accurate service to our clients.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of Signature's facilities, services, and surrounding areas.
  • Replenish complementary beverages and supplies as needed.
  • Enforce good cleanliness practices and take corrective actions as needed.
  • Provide concierge services to our clients, including arranging reservations and ground transportation.
  • Assist pilots with access to airport and weather information.
  • Assist with luggage handling and aircraft marshaling.
  • Abide by emergency response procedures.
  • Recommend improvements to Signature's standards and procedures.
  • Exhibit a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service at all times.
  • Understand and comply with all security protocols.
  • Create accurate records of time worked and activities performed.

Requirements:
  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Minimum of 18 years of age
  • A valid state license is required where applicable
  • A professional appearance
  • Ability to pass background checks and maintain an airport security badge
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment
  • Ability to use a computer and email
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedules and in various weather conditions
  • Ability to perform simple arithmetic
  • Preferred: Three (3) to six (6) months experience and/or training in aviation, FBO, hospitality, customer service, or another related field
