Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager Legislative Affairs to join our team at SNC Ltd. As a key member of our Legislative Affairs team, you will play a critical role in advancing corporate and business area priorities through effective legislative campaign planning, execution, and advocacy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive legislative campaign plans to advance corporate and business area priorities
  • Monitor and analyze legislative activity, including hearings, markups, floor votes, and other key events
  • Draft and edit congressional white papers, correspondence, and other materials
  • Build and maintain relationships with Members of Congress, congressional staff, and other key stakeholders
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to senior corporate executives on legislative issues and policy developments
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement effective advocacy strategies
  • Stay up-to-date on relevant laws, regulations, and policy developments
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field of study
  • 8-10 years of relevant experience, with a strong background in legislative affairs, government relations, or a related field
  • Proven track record of delivering results through effective legislative campaign planning and execution
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to stay up-to-date on complex legislative issues
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance
