Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Administrative Support Staff to join our team at WellSpace Health. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our mental health professionals, ensuring the smooth operation of our facility. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of $22.00 - $23.12 per hour.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to maintain confidentiality. You will also possess strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Additionally, you will be proficient in general office functions such as word processing, email, and database software.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to mental health professionals, including paperwork, copying, filing, and other tasks.
  • Assist with supply ordering and inventory management.
  • Maintain patient safety at all times.

Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • One year of experience related to work in mental health treatment preferred.
  • Excellent customer service experience, including active listening, problem-solving, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Computer literate in general office functions such as word processing, email, and database software.
  • Commitment to HIPAA and ability to abide by standards of professional ethics and maintain confidentiality.
  • A current CPR and first aid certificate or willingness to be trained within 90 days of employment.
