We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Madison Square Senior Living. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a vital role in coordinating essential administrative tasks, communicating effectively with various agencies regarding documentation and licensing needs.

Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule appointments for residents, ensuring all necessary paperwork and information is prepared in advance.
  • Track and follow up on licensing documents, ensuring compliance with regulatory deadlines.
  • Organize, prepare, and maintain files for resident documentation and licensing records.
  • Ensure all documents are reviewed and approved by administrators before submission.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative or clerical experience is essential.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
