About the Role

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our Sacramento office team. This role will provide administrative support, including typing, editing, and formatting documents, correspondence, reports, maintaining records and files, updating mailing and phone lists, faxing and photocopying, data entry, travel arrangements, and expense reports.

  • Provide administrative support to studio teams.
  • Assist with sorting, screening, and distributing incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Maintain studio calendars and project information management.
  • Lead tutorial sessions on project information management software.
  • Coordinate meetings and events.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory.
  • Cover reception duties as needed.
Requirements

An ideal candidate has:

  • 3-5 years of professional administrative support experience.
  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
  • Experience with RFI's, Submittals, and AIA documents preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, collaboration, and work independently under limited supervision.
  • Strong Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills required.
  • Project management software experience beneficial.
Compensation and Benefits

Our competitive compensation package includes a salary range of $25.48 to $30.00 hourly. Additionally, an employee in this position is eligible for a performance-based bonus on an annual basis. Comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, flexible spending account options, and voluntary insurances.
