Job Description:

The Administrative Support Coordinator I plays a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of the department office at Sacramento State University. This position provides comprehensive administrative support functions, encompassing a broad range of duties including business operations, technology management, and faculty assistance.

In this capacity, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the office's administrative tasks, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with faculty and staff members. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a strong work ethic.

A key aspect of this role is providing technical support to faculty and staff, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues. The selected candidate will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and performing other administrative tasks as needed.

This position requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality when handling sensitive information. The successful candidate will be expected to maintain a positive working relationship with colleagues and adhere to university policies and procedures.

Estimated Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000 per year
