The Madison-Davis Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Credit Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Consumer and Industrial team, you will be responsible for preparing credit reports, conducting joint due diligence, and analyzing potential transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare comprehensive credit reports, including credit assessments and adjudication opinions.
  • Conduct joint due diligence, structuring, and analysis on potential transactions to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Present and defend cases in the CAC and CMC, where applicable, to ensure successful credit approvals.
  • Prepare approval forms, including conditions precedent, to ensure timely and efficient credit approvals.
  • Review and verify that all applicable conditions precedent have been met prior to closing or funding.
  • Review and update GCMS entries accordingly to ensure accurate records.
  • Review legal documents, focusing on credit terms, to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Post-disbursement, prepare and review interim and scheduled annual reviews with the RM to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
  • Post-disbursement, attend to all audit, loan review, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and minimize risk.
