Role Responsibilities:
- Oversee the influencer engagement program, serving as the primary liaison within the Brand team to ensure strategic integration of influencers across all brand interactions.
- Utilize platforms such as Sprinklr and CreatorIQ to monitor the effectiveness of individual influencers, content pieces, and the overall program, establishing KPIs and developing best practices for content.
- Define and refine the criteria for influencer participation in the program.
- Collaborate closely with growth and content teams to effectively incorporate influencers into both organic and paid marketing strategies.
- Build strong relationships and negotiate beneficial agreements with high-performing influencers to foster long-term collaborations.
- Play a vital role in orchestrating significant brand initiatives surrounding key events and launches.

Qualifications:
