Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver training and clinical assistance to surgeons and operating room staff on our advanced navigation technologies.
  • Support pre-operative planning and intra-operative guidance utilizing proprietary software solutions.
  • Educate healthcare personnel on the effective use of navigation systems, instruments, and software applications.
  • Address product-related inquiries and complaints with promptness and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to enhance product messaging and drive sales growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent clinical experience
  • Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and organizational abilities
  • Prior experience in sales or marketing is advantageous
  • Capability to independently analyze and resolve complex challenges
  • Physically able to perform medium work tasks
