Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver training and clinical assistance to surgeons and operating room staff regarding the company's navigation technologies
  • Support pre-operative planning and intra-operative navigation utilizing proprietary software
  • Educate healthcare personnel on the operation of navigation systems, instruments, and software applications
  • Address product-related inquiries and issues in a timely and accurate manner
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to improve product messaging and drive sales growth

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent clinical experience
  • Exceptional problem-solving, interpersonal, and organizational abilities
  • Previous exposure to sales or marketing is advantageous
  • Capability to independently analyze and resolve complex challenges
  • Physically fit to perform medium work tasks
