Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver training and clinical assistance to surgeons and operating room staff regarding our navigation technologies
  • Support pre-operative planning and intra-operative navigation through proprietary software
  • Educate healthcare personnel on the operation of navigation systems, instruments, and software tools
  • Address product-related inquiries and issues swiftly and accurately
  • Work collaboratively with Sales and Marketing teams to improve product messaging and drive sales growth

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent clinical experience
  • Exceptional problem-solving, interpersonal, and organizational abilities
  • Previous experience in sales or marketing is advantageous
