Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program required.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in nursing.
  • Current valid North Carolina nursing license required.
  • Minimum one year of ICU experience required.
Responsibilities

The Clinical Nurse Specialist acts as a leader within the healthcare team at POH - Charlotte Orthopedic Hospital by fostering a genuine, personalized relationship with patients and their support systems. This role involves collaborating with physicians and other team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans that promote optimal health or support a peaceful transition.
