Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Treatment Coordinator / Front Desk Receptionist. As the face of our practice, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless patient experiences.

Your duties will involve:

  • Answering phones and greeting patients
  • Scheduling appointments and processing insurance claims
  • Coordinating with the clinical team to ensure accurate documentation and coding

Responsibilities
  1. Greet patients upon arrival and ensure patient charts and route sheets are located in the proper place
  2. Answer multi-line phones in a courteous and timely manner
  3. Ensure appointment hours are filled in accordance with appointment scheduling guidelines
  4. Confirm appointments and follow up with patients regarding missed appointments
  5. Review patient schedule daily and weekly, updating and maintaining patient insurance information/general notes before appointments
  6. Obtain and demonstrate a good working knowledge of the office's dental practice management software program
  7. Closing office duties such as reconciling check deposits and credit card payments, logging out of all computers, locking doors/setting alarm
