About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate IFCCS Coordinator Bilingual to join our team at Children's Bureau. As a key member of our multidisciplinary treatment team, you will play a vital role in coordinating services for clients referred to our IFCCS program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and facilitate CFT meetings on a monthly basis, ensuring effective collaboration among team members.
  • Develop and coordinate care plans in collaboration with the IFCCS team, ensuring comprehensive and integrated services.
  • Maintain regular contact with clients and families, providing support and guidance as needed.
  • Consult with representatives from DCFS, DMH, and the child's attorney to coordinate care and ensure seamless integration of plans.
  • Provide ICC and IHBS services as required, prioritizing the safety and well-being of clients.
  • Ensure timely completion of Mental Health Progress notes and other required documentation.
  • Participate in individual and group clinical supervision, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  • Comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and ethics.
