VitalCore Health Strategies is seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Unit Coordinator to join our team at Souza-Baranowski Correctional Center in Lancaster, MA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and guide mental health professionals providing direct care to incarcerated individuals.
  • Coordinate development and revision of policies and procedures for mental health services.
  • Supervise planning, development, and implementation of treatment programs.
  • Provide clinical supervision to staff and monitor efforts to ensure timely and professional clinical services.
  • Ensure treatment programs are integrated and staffed appropriately.
  • Provide administrative support to psychiatric staff and assist in recruitment and selection of clinical staff.
  • Coordinate facility behavioral health Quality Improvement Program.
Requirements:
  • Licensed, Master's Level Behavioral Health Clinician with ability to assess and make treatment decisions.
  • Independently licensed: LICSW or LMHC.
  • Previous experience as a Mental Health Clinician.
