About the Role:

The Occupational Therapist provides quality care to all residents. The OT evaluates patients, plans, and implements patient treatment, plans, and coordinates patient discharge, and prepares detailed progress reports and appropriate patient documentation. Treatments will include training in daily living activities, functional skills, motor development, compensation techniques, use of adaptive equipment and splinting.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Implement and coordinate patient treatment, including training in daily living activities and functional skills
  • Prepare detailed progress reports and patient documentation
  • Collaborate with the rehab team to coordinate effective occupational therapy programs

Qualifications:

Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in the State of California.

Salary Range: $44.00 to $58.00 per hour, dependent upon experience, schedule, location, and employee classification.
