Job Title: Territory Sales Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Leader to join our team at Adecco USA. As a Territory Sales Leader, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the eye care market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including optometrists, ophthalmologists, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest eye care trends, products, and technologies to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans, marketing campaigns, and product launches.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, science, or related field or commensurate experience.
  • 2+ years pharmaceutical sales or relevant healthcare sales experience.
  • Proven track record of business-to-business sales and sales leadership experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
