Sales Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and develop a sales team across various territories. This in-office role offers a competitive base salary, commission, and bonuses.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding sales for a diverse portfolio, including products from leading technology companies and managed services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, strong leadership and coaching abilities, and experience with midsize to large accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop Sales Representatives within the assigned territory.
  • Manage and grow the sales of the full portfolio, which includes 28 brands.
  • Focus on selling copiers, printers, and managed print services.
  • Engage with midsize to large accounts.
  • Use CRM software to manage sales activities and customer relationships.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in sales management.
  • Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
  • Experience with state and local government accounts is a plus.

This hands-on role requires active participation in the field to sell, coach, and develop individual contributors. The ideal candidate is a hands-on sales manager who can effectively balance fieldwork with leadership responsibilities.
