  • Design and implement recruitment strategies aimed at broadening the candidate pool, focusing on both active and passive candidates.
  • Engage in initiatives to boost employee referrals and enhance internal candidate databases.
  • Create engaging promotional materials and communications to attract and convert potential candidates.
  • Participate in community outreach, diversity initiatives, and job fairs to strengthen our employer brand.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and HR partners.
  • Keep leadership informed about key hiring decisions and progress throughout the recruitment process.
  • Ensure consistent updates regarding the status of recruitment objectives.
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by management.
Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or staffing, particularly in high-volume environments such as Sales and Marketing or Call Centers.
  • Experience recruiting for both entry-level and professional positions.
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Familiarity with scheduling, interviewing, and assessment tools, as well as experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); knowledge of Taleo is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong decision-making skills, especially under pressure.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of leading problem-solving efforts.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and PowerPoint.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours as needed.
  • Willingness to travel locally and regionally as required.
