Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of Front of House staff to deliver exceptional guest service and maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor and control food costs, labor costs, and inventory levels to ensure profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in Front of House operations, preferably in a restaurant management role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food safety and sanitation.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
