We are seeking a skilled Esthetician to join our team at Dollywood Resorts. As an Esthetician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional skincare services to our guests, ensuring they have a memorable experience at our resort.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform Esthetic/skincare/body treatment services following protocols and guidelines
- Have sufficient knowledge of services and products to promote sales of services and retail
- Train with Department Lead on skincare protocols for all facials, waxing, and body treatment services
- Operate skincare machinery and devices, or be willing to learn
- Complete product knowledge training for back bar usage and promotion of retail sales
- Follow sanitation and safety protocols
- Perform daily sanitation and housekeeping duties of treatment rooms
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current Esthetician License in the state of Tennessee
- Proficient English language skills
- Basic arithmetic skills and cash handling or credit card transaction skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Excellent Communication skills
