Job Title: Restaurant Supervisor

Join Westgate Resorts as a Restaurant Supervisor and be part of a dynamic team that delivers exceptional dining experiences to our guests. As a key member of our Food and Beverage team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurants, providing excellent service, and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the management team in maintaining high guest satisfaction levels.
  • Create a welcoming atmosphere for guests to enjoy their dining experience.
  • Drive sales and revenue growth through effective sales strategies.
  • Support a unified team effort to minimize guest issues and build success.
  • Responsible for team member training programs and scheduling.
  • Role model company grooming standards and embody the true meaning of a servant leader.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
  • Directly supervise all team members in the location.
  • Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
  • Train, coach, and direct team members, assign work stations, assess performance, recognize and reward positive behavior, and address and resolve issues.
  • Ensure a safe, secure, and healthy work environment.
Qualifications:
  • High School graduate or equivalent required.
  • Prior hospitality experience preferred.
  • Previous leadership experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Reliable, with high integrity and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Professional appearance and attitude.
  • Food Handlers Certification required within 30 days of Hire, must be maintained on a current/valid status.
  • Must successfully attend Company Mandatory Training programs.
  • Must attend and complete mandatory State required continuing HACCP training.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
