Responsibilities:

As a Finance and Insurance Manager, you will play a crucial role in helping our customers arrange financing for their purchases and presenting them with additional products that enhance their vehicle and ownership experience. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Structuring deals for maximum profitability and collectability
  • Maintaining proficiency and certifications as required for the position
  • Accurately desking deals, submitting deals to lenders for approval, making credit decisions, and effectively closing deals
  • Ensuring all deals are fully compliant with local, state, and federal guidelines
  • Preparing paperwork, contracts, and delivering deals
  • Auditing team deals post-sale
  • Ensuring the expeditious funding of all contracts

Requirements:

  • College degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures
  • Professional personal appearance and excellent communication skills
  • Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Professional Appearance
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
  • Willingness to submit to a background check and drug screen
