Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our team at Boys & Girls Clubs of Larimer County. As a key member of our Finance Department, you will be responsible for the daily management of financial transactions, ensuring accurate and timely financial records, and providing support for financial reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Payroll Management: Process biweekly payroll, ensure accurate staff timesheets, and enter mileage reimbursements for staff members.
  • Accounting: Maintain accurate and timely financial records, enter income into our accounting system, and issue tax donation letters as needed.
  • Office Management: Oversee office supplies, research and maintain contracts and leases, and assist with catering and lunch orders for meetings.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate's Degree or higher in a related field, preferred.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience processing payroll and entering data in accounting software, preferred.
  • Skills: Microsoft Office and Google Suites, ability to maintain confidentiality, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
