Position Overview

First Western is on the lookout for a Senior Vice President, Investment Portfolio Director.

Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in the financial services sector? We are in search of a dedicated and seasoned professional to enhance our offerings.

As a Senior Vice President, Investment Portfolio Director at First Western, you will be instrumental in guiding affluent clients towards their financial aspirations. Collaborating closely with our team, you will provide integrated solutions that surpass client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary liaison for investment management clients, fostering robust relationships with colleagues.
  • Drive the expansion and enhancement of the Profit Center's investment portfolio.
  • Collaborate with the team to offer a comprehensive advisory approach to prospective, new, and existing clients, encompassing all bank products and services.
  • Uphold asset allocation discipline as per the First Western Trust Investment Policy Statement (IPS).
  • Develop cash flow and wealth planning tools aimed at strengthening client relationships and increasing Bank wallet share.
  • Identify new client opportunities and prepare investment management proposals.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly with advanced Excel capabilities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience in business development within the local market.

Educational Background:

Required: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
Preferred: Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA)

Experience Requirements:

Required: 10-15 years of relevant investment management experience

Compensation: $123,300 - $185,400/YR

Classification: Full-Time Exempt
