Your Role:
In this position, you will engage small and medium business clients, showcasing the latest high-tech 5G solutions tailored to their specific business needs.
You will interact with clients both in-store and through digital channels, demonstrating the advantages of our offerings by presenting comprehensive technology solutions that invigorate their operations. By driving results for small businesses, you will cultivate new opportunities through networking, prospecting, and leveraging leads and referrals.
As a bilingual representative, you will support various store locations within a designated area, stepping in where needed to ensure continuity of service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive small business outcomes through retail partnerships and mentorship of Consumer Retail Sales Representatives.
- Expand your customer portfolio by acquiring and retaining accounts within the small business sector through in-store initiatives.
- Employ solutions-oriented sales techniques to address client challenges.
- Attend to the needs of existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Utilize sales enablement tools to monitor, forecast, and manage your business pipeline.
- Work hours may vary, including at least two Saturdays each month.
- Follow up with customers who have engaged in-store through your outreach efforts.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- A minimum of three years in a relevant field.
- Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service.
- The ability to adapt to changing business needs, including potential store reassignments.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
Preferred Qualifications:
It would be advantageous if you possess:
- A degree or relevant certifications.
- Experience in outside sales with a focus on outbound prospecting.
- A track record of exceeding sales targets in wireless sales.
- Experience in leading a team to achieve sales goals.
- Strong interpersonal skills for negotiation and conflict resolution.
