About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Account Executive to join our team at Lube-Tech. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for retaining and growing existing accounts, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to retain and grow existing accounts
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted prospecting and lead generation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of sales and/or service-related experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Communications
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM software
