Key Responsibilities- Account Management: Collaborate closely with Key Account Managers, Outside Account Managers, and the Executive team to provide inside support for key accounts.
- Strategic Alignment: Work with key account customers to achieve strategic account alignment, expanded product offers, and growth goals.
- Customer Engagement: Maintain strong customer engagement through regular communication, addressing customer needs swiftly, and ensuring smooth transactions for quotes, orders, and returns.
- Business Development: Identify and mitigate risks to business relationships, either by enhancing relationships or addressing service gaps.
- Reporting and Analysis: Create detailed, actionable reports on account performance and customer satisfaction, and identify trends by monitoring customer behavior, market conditions, and performance metrics.
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 2 years of B2B Inside Sales or Food Manufacturing experience.
- Skills: Passion for serving customers in a timely manner, extraordinary attention to detail, strong organization and time management skills, ability to multitask, effective communication skills, and willingness to accept coaching.
- Technical Skills: Proficient with ERP, CRM, Microsoft Office, and basic computer skills.
We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a competitive compensation package, including a base salary and variable compensation with a pathway to $95,000 in total compensation.
