Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in training sessions, meetings, trade shows, and sales events, both in-person and online.
  • Engage with potential clients to introduce and promote our innovative products and services.
  • Design and implement effective strategies to attract new clients in your assigned territory.
  • Stay informed about our offerings, industry trends, competition, and market conditions to effectively address client needs.
  • Utilize our CRM system to track sales activities and customer requirements, ensuring we remain proactive in identifying new business opportunities.
  • Monitor projected production volumes and strive to exceed company sales targets.
  • Keep abreast of industry developments and suggest potential growth areas to management.
  • Manage existing client accounts while actively seeking new business opportunities.
  • Build a personal network to support the firm’s marketing and development goals.
  • Conduct calls to nurture and maintain customer relationships.
  • Prepare accurate project estimates, ensuring attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
  • Facilitate necessary changes and obtain approvals as required.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective follow-up and sales processes.
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely order fulfillment and address any issues that arise.
  • Report customer feedback to the Quality and Operations teams for resolution.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients, gaining a comprehensive understanding of their business needs.
  • Provide assistance in the event of product-related issues, initiating corrective actions as necessary.
  • Deliver presentations on our products and services to prospective clients and community stakeholders.
  • Schedule and participate in sales and customer meetings as required.
  • Attend trade shows as requested to represent the company.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated sales experience, ideally 3-5 years.
  • Possession of reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • A bachelor’s degree or high school diploma is preferred.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Experience with CRM systems is advantageous.
  • Education and Experience: An associate degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, along with five years of relevant experience.
  • Selling Skills: Ability to understand and apply differentiation concepts and add value to customer interactions.
  • Financial Acumen: Familiarity with financial reports, including Profit Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to identify opportunities and threats, contributing to the organization’s strategic direction.
  • Mathematical Proficiency: Strong skills in computing rates, ratios, and percentages, with the ability to analyze performance against benchmarks.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office, Word, Excel, and sales software.
