Job Overview

LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a qualified Litigation Support Specialist to assist a reputable law firm during a temporary leave period. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in supporting attorneys and paralegals throughout various stages of litigation processes. This position requires an onsite presence and has the potential to evolve into a permanent role for the right individual.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, a high degree of accuracy, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Uphold strict confidentiality standards at all times.
  • Exhibit comfort in both independent and collaborative work environments.
  • Manage filing, calendaring, and scheduling tasks efficiently.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Litigation Support Specialist or Paralegal.
  • Proficiency with technology and a strong team-oriented mindset.

Compensation and Benefits

Hourly Pay: $23.00 to $26.00 (W2)
