Core Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition and Onboarding:
Design and implement strategic recruitment initiatives to attract high-caliber candidates.
Facilitate the complete recruitment process, encompassing job advertisements, candidate sourcing, interviews, and selection.
Oversee the onboarding experience to guarantee a seamless integration for new hires.
Employee Relations:
Act as a primary contact for employee inquiries and issues, offering guidance and resolution.
Assist the HR Director in mediating and resolving workplace conflicts and grievances promptly and fairly.
Encourage a supportive work atmosphere through employee engagement programs.

Compensation and Benefits Management:
Perform market research to benchmark compensation.
Oversee employee benefits enrollment and resolve any related concerns.
HR Analytics and Reporting:
Leverage HR analytics to provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
Prepare and deliver regular reports on HR metrics, including turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and recruitment efficiency.
Implement data-driven strategies to enhance HR processes and outcomes.
Strategic HR Initiatives:
Collaborate with the HR Director and executive leadership to develop and execute strategic HR initiatives.
Support organizational change efforts, ensuring effective communication and employee engagement.
Lead special HR projects as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the HR function.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline preferred.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) preferred.
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a generalist HR capacity, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance evaluation, and HR compliance.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Capacity to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
