Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will support our Business Management department with accounts receivable tasks.

Your main duties will include:

  • Issuing customer invoices
  • Processing incoming payments
  • Managing the collection process
  • Conducting credit assessments
  • Performing monthly reconciliations
  • Handling annual accounting responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Experience in accounting administration; familiarity with QuickBooks is advantageous
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to engage with diverse individuals
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • This position can be performed onsite, in a hybrid model, or remotely
