Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will support our Business Management department with accounts receivable tasks.
Your main duties will include:
- Issuing customer invoices
- Processing incoming payments
- Managing the collection process
- Conducting credit assessments
- Performing monthly reconciliations
- Handling annual accounting responsibilities
Qualifications
- Experience in accounting administration; familiarity with QuickBooks is advantageous
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to engage with diverse individuals
- Proficiency in Excel
- This position can be performed onsite, in a hybrid model, or remotely
