Marketing Director for High-Growth SaaS

BigTime Software Inc. is a fast-paced, hyper-growth organization that seeks an experienced Marketing Director to lead our Product Marketing efforts. Located in downtown Chicago, near Union Station, this role offers a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the company's continued success.
About the RoleThis key leadership position will oversee the development and execution of go-to-market strategies, cross-sell and upsell initiatives, and multi-channel demand generation campaigns. As a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, you will shape BigTime's product positioning and messaging, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Product Marketing team, driving data-driven decision-making and innovative approaches to campaign performance analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute go-to-market plans, including product, engineering, UX, sales, customer success, and operations.
- Establish a customer advocacy program, showcasing customer successes through testimonials, case studies, and stories.
- Develop and maintain a product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning with the company's mission and guiding product development to meet business objectives.
- Pricing Strategy: Lead pricing and packaging strategies for multiple product lines.
- 5+ years in leadership of a product marketing and/or customer marketing function within a highly matrixed SaaS/tech organization.
- Ability to translate SaaS product capabilities into compelling customer-focused messaging, with deep understanding of the buyer's journey and customer personas.
- Expert ability to influence senior stakeholders on Product Marketing philosophies, strategies, process management, and how cross-team collaboration is successful.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in monitoring and interpreting campaign performance data to drive results.
